At the 2025 SAG Awards, the entire cast of "Conclave," the Korean FX series that includes Demi Moore, took home several prominent awards. Among them, Demi Moore received the award for Best Actress for her role in "The Substance." A tribute was made to the firefighters who fought the fires in Los Angeles, where several artists lost their homes.

Timothée Chalamet expressed upon receiving his award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in "A Complete Unknown": “I am truly in search of greatness.” In the category of Best Actress in a Leading Role, Demi Moore recalled her membership in the Actors Guild at the age of 15 and thanked her colleagues for teaching her about acting.

The cast of "Conclave," featuring Ralph Fiennes, Isabella Rossellini, John Lithgow, and Sergio Castellitto, received the award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture and dedicated a message to Pope Francis. Another winner was Javier Bardem as Best Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries.

Jamie Lee Curtis entertained the audience by mentioning Colin Farrell, who infected her with COVID, when introducing him as the winner. Selena Gomez received an award on behalf of her colleagues Martin Short and Steve Martin, also highlighting performances by stunt performers in movies and television series.
